History(please put time into and be decent/longish): Finn was born in the mid, to late 1800's. His powers developed when he turned fourteen. At first, he wasn't able to control when he would transform, and was seen as a monster, and outcast in his town. He left in the night, and lived on the run for years. His appearance ceased to age, the day he turned 20, when he hit full maturity. Decades moved on, and he worked on everything from building the intercontinental railroad, to fighting in both world wars along side fellow mutant, and immortal, Logan, aka Wolverine. After the second world war, and when Xavier's school for the gifted opened, Finn worked as a teacher alongside his fellow mutants for years. Until Magneto and mystique convinced him to leave his life and beliefs behind, and fight for them. The x-men hated him, and saw him as a traitor, forever banishing him. Years went by, and the 21st century rolled along, and Finn became in contact with Wolverine once more. After Logan seeing and believing that Finn had changed, he introduced him to Hank McCoy, his long lost (a shite ton of great's) grandson, who had developed a similar mutant ability. entering under the cover story of Finn being Hank's long lost son, Finn rose the ranks in the school, eventually becoming a full time roster member.
