Major sat on the edge of the public fountain where he had told brown haired girl. From what he could tell; she was fairly powerful. She was able to change people from the inside. Major needed to talk - well, not really "talk" per se - to her. He had to get his sister back and if he was going to make it out; he needed all hands on deck. He didn't think many of them would refuse. But this one girl? No one knew where she stood.

Ally approached Major, nodding in greeting. From the brief introduction the two had had a bit before, she knew he was mute. She'd gathered some memories here and there, as well. Something about his sister... Well, they were in the same boat there. Ever since she had arrived at the facility, Ally had been writing letters to her mother and brother, hoping to receive something back. Either a Dobby was stealing their letters or hers were being intercepted. Neither was a good outcome. Making herself comfortable on the fountain, Ally sat cross-legged as she looked over to Major and handed him a piece of lined paper and a pen.

Major graciously accepted the paper and nodded to Ally. His black eyes scanning the are before he wrote. "We need to get out of here..." On the sheet of paper. He wasn't quite sure how much these people could see; and he knew he didn't want to use sign language in case they saw more than what he had bargained for. It was about time that they figured out what they were up against; and with Allys powers, they'd be able to.

"I've been saying that for months," Ally wrote back, glancing around them. She knew half the "people" around them were guards. Those who had been at the facility for long enough knew that. Before handing the sheet back, Ally added, "Any ideas?" She herself had been thinking of ideas, but all of them were way too extravagant and would never work. Besides, most she'd spoken to had given up hope of ever leaving or seeing their family again.

"Fight." Wrote Major simply. "We're the ones with the superpowers, right? They can't stop us if we band together." He wrote this as quickly as he could as he saw a "kindly" old woman starting to stare at them politely. "Being watched." He signed beside her. "Act natural." He finished.
